I love this branch in Brunswick Forrest. The people here are very friendly and listen to your requests. Last year I considered changing my mortgage from this bank to a Quicken Loans mortgage. When Quicken Loans notified them during the process, Gina called me to give me some important information. She didn’t call to try to keep me as a customer, she called to make me aware of changes I should consider because my checking account would no longer be free. She just wanted to let me know I had options to remedy that.
This branch did not have to do that so I commend them. And yes, I still have my mortgage with BBT. I try to avoid the BBT bank on Village road as I have not had good experiences there- check their reviews.
